Flying to SFO

The flight to San Francisco started at 7:00 a.m., which meant getting to the airport by 6:00a.m., which meant leaving the house at 5:15, which meant getting up before any reasonable living human being would. For some reason, I thought that 7:00 a.m. was completely doable, but obviously I wasn’t thinking when I made the reservations. My original thought was that we’d arrive at SFO at noon so that we could have an extra day to do things. But having experienced the early morning wake-up, I so would not do that again...
