Lost Post about Davis

I had this whole entry written about how the show, The Mentalist, were in Davis, California and how the show in no way had anything remotely Davis on the show. And how Davis looks remarkably like Los Angeles. Davis is a quirky university town with many outdoor eating establishments and bicycles on every corner. It’s unlike any other town, so you can’t use the generic landscapes that Hollywood loves. But I lost that entry somewhere between saving it and losing the net connection. This is why your should save often.

We had intermittent internet yesterday afternoon that lasted until one today allowing me to finally get some work done, though I have plenty of things to do. I didn’t manage to get everything I needed to do, so now I’m a little behind. Hopefully I’ll be able to catch up on Monday.
