Urban Flats tasted Flat

When I first moved out here, the plaza across Waterford Lakes was just getting started. The steel was just getting thonked into the ground and there were bulldozers everywhere.

Fast forward seven months and the plaza is finally finished. Unfortunately, half the store-fronts are still empty and there’s no sign that it will be filled by any store any time soon.
