Over the holidays, as you all know, Triple J got married. In attendance was Christian's father (the mother was also invited, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, she was unable to attend). After the ceremony and before the reception, Christian proceeded to introduce his father to our various friends, most of which mentioned that they'd already met. They'd mention the time Christian hurt his hand, which always makes me cringe. It's making me cringe now as I'm typing this.

I'm going to tell you why.

In my case, my skin now lacks melanin in the approximate shape of angel wings.

My burn wasn't as severe as his, but it was really bad.
